CDL-A drivers who want real loads, real money, and real dispatch — not a corporate call center. We teach you crude. You bring the grit.
The energy and transportation industries will continue to evolve. So will Badlands.
Since its founding in 2011 Badlands has become the largest for-hire carrier of crude oil in the United States thanks to a dedicated team of professional drivers, owner operators, operations leaders and support professionals working toward the same goal – being the carrier our customers can depend on. We're proud of how far we've come, but we aren't finished. We want to be the best, most reliable carrier for our customers with the best drivers, the best people and the best equipment.
The future of Badlands is not about growth for the sake of being bigger. It's about becoming better as we grow. That means continuing to invest in our people, equipment and technology. It means strengthening the systems that allow us to operate safely and efficiently at scale. It means developing our leaders, creating opportunities for our employees and drivers, and building an organization capable of growing without losing the accountability and personal ownership that got us here.
It also means continuing to listen—to our customers, our drivers and the people closest to the work—and being willing to change when there is a better way forward.
We will pursue new opportunities, enter new markets when they make sense, and continue building the capacity and expertise to solve increasingly complex transportation challenges. But no matter how large our footprint becomes, our commitment remains the same: do the right thing, take care of our customers and our people, and deliver the safe, reliable service that has brought us to this point.

Early mornings. Long days. Extreme weather. This is oilfield crude hauling.
You'll haul crude oil from the wellhead to pipeline terminals, refineries, and midstream facilities — running late-model tractors and tankers we actually maintain, alongside dispatchers who know the basin inside out.
If you want a comfortable highway cruise, this isn't it. But if you have the work ethic, we have the loads, the dispatch, and the quality equipment to keep you earning at the top of this industry.
Drivers are our assets, not a cost center. Our field managers came up behind the wheel. No ivory tower here.— Operations Manager, Permian Basin
You're the asset. Here's what we bring when you point your rig with us.
Competitive pay that varies by basin, location, and schedule. Solid dispatch that keeps the wheels turning. Your recruiter covers the most recent pay averages for your location — no surprises.

Field managers came up through the ranks behind the wheel — and when it gets busy, they still grab the wheel and haul. They've dragged the same hoses and know what you're dealing with.
